Leading the local Digital Media team in the roll out of 16 newspaper websites.
The websites built include the Hamilton Advertiser, Ayrshire Post and Perthshire Advertiser.
The role involved template drafting, graphics, site structure analysis, site build, SEO, UAT, setting up newsletters and forums.
The R2 websites replaced the icSites for Trinity Mirror, allowing for a more user centric experience.
Better use of site real estate would allow for better editorial and advertising opportunities.
The sites were also to be integrated with S&UN's GN3 editorial system so the entire newspaper could potentially be put online in relevant sections.
